I had the pleasure of cooking for Amanda Cohen (the michelin star owner of Dirt Candy in NYC) and her husband author Grady Hendrix, during their stay in Bath with their family.

I made a mix of 3 course dinners, lighter suppers and breakfasts for them over the week.
